Company Resources

Starting from September 2014, City Traffic Planner has accumulated a lot of useful materials for future references. These include the group's learning contract, which shows the learning path of the whole team throughout the four months until December.

Learning Contract

A Learning Contract is an agreement and commitment between the student learning group and the facilitator regarding a particular amount of learning in a specific topic.

In the learning contract, our group outlines what we want to learn, how we are going to learn it, what evidence we should produce to indicate what we have learned, and how to evaluate our evidence.

A learning contract has four essential components:

1. Project Goals or Learning Objectives

2. Strategies, learning activities and resources

3. Evidence

4. Assessment

Here are the group's learning contract drafts, showing the changes in it along the learning process.

Program

A program is a tool for tracking the work progress of team in a particular project.

In order to keep a good track of the team's work schedule and effectiveness, Microsoft Project has been used to produce a program schedule for the team to understand their status througout the four months from September 2014.
